Terms of Service

Last updated 27 September 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and looklogue. By creating an account you accept them. They are written to be read, not to hide anything — if something here is unclear, write to info@looklogue.com and ask.

1. Who you are contracting with

looklogue is operated by Lucas Gatsas, c/o JL Consulting Group GmbH #673, Zürcherstrasse 84, 8852 Altendorf, Switzerland. Contact: info@looklogue.com.

The business is registered in Switzerland and is not liable for Swiss VAT, so prices contain no VAT.

2. What the service does

You give looklogue a link to a publicly accessible video. looklogue passes that link to an AI model, which watches the video and returns a description of the outfits it sees: garments, accessories, colours and the moment each look appears. You can save those looks, and — on a paid plan — turn them into an article you publish under your own profile.

looklogue does not download, copy, host or re-publish the video. It stores only the link you provided and the text the model produced about it.

3. What the service is not

The output is a machine's interpretation. It will sometimes be wrong: a garment misidentified, a colour named imprecisely, a look missed or invented. looklogue is a discovery tool, not a source of truth. Do not rely on it for purchasing decisions, authentication of goods, or anything where being wrong costs you money.

4. Your account

  • You need a working email address and must be at least 16 years old.
  • One person, one account. Keep your password to yourself.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

5. What you may not do

  • Submit links to private, stolen, or unlawfully published videos.
  • Use looklogue to produce content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone's rights.
  • Publish articles that are spam, misleading, or not genuinely about the analysed video.
  • Work around plan limits, share one account across several people, or resell access.
  • Scrape the service, hammer it with automated requests, or try to break into it.

If you do any of this, the account can be suspended or deleted. Where the breach is minor and fixable you will be contacted first.

6. Content and rights

The videos you link to belong to the people who made them; nothing here transfers any rights in them. Text you write — article titles, edits, your profile — stays yours. By publishing an article you allow looklogue to display it publicly on this site and in search results, for as long as you keep it published. Unpublish or delete it and that permission ends.

The look descriptions produced by the AI are yours to use. Bear in mind that machine output of this kind may not be protectable by copyright in every country.

7. Plans and payment

looklogue has a free plan and two paid plans. Current prices and limits are always on the pricing page, in USD.

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. looklogue never sees or stores your card details.
  • Prices can change; you will be told at least 30 days before a change applies to you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

8. Cancelling and refunds

Cancel whenever you like, from the billing section of your account. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.

Because the service is delivered immediately and consumed as you use it, paid periods are not refunded pro rata. Two exceptions: if the service was substantially unavailable during a period you paid for, or if you were charged in error, you get that money back. Write to info@looklogue.com within 30 days.

9. Availability

looklogue is an independent service. It is offered as it is, with no uptime guarantee. Maintenance, provider outages and AI quota limits can interrupt it. Analyses are queued and processed in the background, so a busy period means waiting, not failing.

10. Liability

looklogue is liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health, as Swiss law requires. Beyond that, liability is excluded as far as the law allows — in particular for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data, and for decisions you took based on the AI's output.

Where liability does apply, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated, for example when a feature changes. Material changes are announced by email or in the app at least 30 days in advance. If you keep using looklogue after a change takes effect, you accept it; if you do not want to, delete your account.

12. Governing law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Altendorf, Canton of Schwyz, Switzerland. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

If a clause of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest stays in force.
